Welcome to the homepage of St Vincents Water
Polo Club.
One of the largest Waterpolo clubs in Ireland St Vincent's was established in 1969 and is based at the St Vincents Swimming Pool Complex located on the northside
of the city of Dublin, Ireland.
The club competes in regional and national league
and cup competitions at all levels and age groups.
The club has a very active membership, with players
ages ranging from as young as 10 years to veteran players in
their 40s.
The club also has an active group of outdoor swimming enthusiasists
who compete in Open Sea Swimming competitions throughout the
Summer months.
Training Hours
Club Training Hours are as follows:
Tuesday: 7:00 -8:00 pm (Under 13’s & Beginner’s) St Vincent's Pool
Wednesday: 9:00 - 11:00 pm (Senior Men) NAC
Thursday: 9:00 -10:00 pm (Div 2 and 3 Men) St Vincents Pool
Sunday: 12:00 -1:00 pm (St Vincent’s Under 13 Boys & Girls) St Vincent's Pool
Sunday: 1:00 -2:00 pm (Seniors & Under 16’s) St Vincent's Pool

Sea Swims 2008
The sea swim season kicked off on Saturday 6th of June with the first race in Sandycove. The full calendar is available on the Swim Ireland site on their Open Sea Swimming Page.

Dec 9th – Final of the Leinster Cup competitions in NAC.
Dec 22nd – Sunnybank Cup senior tournament followed by Christmas raffle & party in the Sunnybank. >
Dec 23rd - Christmas tournament & gala for junior players at 12 noon in St Vincent’s pool.
Jan 26th - Irish U16 Cup in the Grove Pool, Belfast.
Mar 15th – Senior Men International ‘Six Nations’ tournament in University Pool, Limerick.>
Apr 17th – Irish Senior Cup competition in University Pool, Limerick.
St Vincent's AGM
The club AGM was held on Wednesday 19th of September in Na Fianna. The meeting was well attended and a new committee was elected. The incoming officers are Chairman: Ciaran Caverly

St Vincent's Sea Races
The annual St Vincent's sea races The Larry Caulfield Cup (Men) and the Audrey Lynch Cup (Women) were held on Saturday July the 21st. 116 swam in the mens race which was won by Michael Impey of Guinness swimming club. 59 women swan in this years Audrey Lynch cup whihc was won be Clare Conroy of ESB swimming club.
