Welcome to the homepage of St Vincents Water
Polo Club.
One of the largest Waterpolo clubs in Ireland St Vincent's was established in 1969 and is based at the St Vincents Swimming Pool Complex located on the northside
of the city of Dublin, Ireland.
The club competes in regional and national league
and cup competitions at all levels and age groups.
The club has a very active membership, with players
ages ranging from as young as 10 years to veteran players in
their 40s.
The club also has an active group of outdoor swimming enthusiasists
who compete in Open Sea Swimming competitions throughout the
Summer months.
Training Hours for September 2011
Monday
7 to 8pm Swimming Session in Belvedere Pool (Lane swimming. All members welcome.)
9 to 10pm NAC - Water polo session (Senior Men)
Wednesday
Belvedere Pool 6:45 to 8am Early Morning Sprint session for senior men. (This is not a formal club session)
NAC - 8 to 10pm Women’s Team – 1 hour Lane swimming & 1 hour Polo
NAC - 9 to 10pm Senior Men’s Team. Polo session.
Friday
NAC - 8 to 9pm Polo Session for Senior Women & all Junior’s.

mickmongey@eircom.net with subject: Water Polo. The club plans to start a new junior/ beginners training session on Thursday evenings from 7 to 8pm in St Josephs pool in Cabra next month.
Club Celebrates 40 years
Founded in 1969 St Vincent's celebrated its Fortieth year with a function held in Na Fianna on the 25th of April 2009. Over 100 attended the function including founder members Paddy Bowler and Joe Caulfield.
